Course Creation Workshop
Develop Your Online Course on Moodle Like a Boss!
One of the most powerful tools a business or organization can use for training, onboarding, and course creation is Moodle, our favourite learning management system (LMS). Moodle is a free and open-source software that has helped countless businesses and organisations improve their training and development programs.
These workshops are limited to a maximum of 4 participants so that everyone has an opportunity to participate and ask questions. You will be given course creator access to your own Moodle platform to use during the workshop.
At the end of the workshop, you will have the wireframe for your course ready and a course backup ready to import into your own Moodle. Your training designer will work with you to choose the best type of activity for your content and will help you create examples of each so that you can continue on your own after the workshop.
Workshop Overview
Duration: 140 mins (includes a 15-minute break)
Cost: 70 USD. Payment is required to confirm your spot.
Confirmation: A minimum of 2 participants is required for the sessions to go ahead. Confirmation will be sent a minimum of 2 days before the date.
Location: Online
Inclusions:
– Course Creator access to your own Moodle to use during the workshop and Training notes
Facilitator: Course creators with significant experience in Moodle and qualifications n Training Design and Development.
Rescheduling:
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel.

Prepare your content
You may not have time to set up a whole course during the workshop but with the help and guidance of your training designer, you can create your first module or examples of each type of activity. Do not worry if you don’t know where to start. that’s what we are here for.
Join Us
Grab your notes and your favourite beverage and join us in the online session.
Upload
Every workshop participant will be able to export the course they have created and import it into any Moodle.
You can speak to your training designer about options for setting up your own LMS, customising it with your company’s branding and maintaining it for optimal performance.
